Compare brand and exact models, quantities, capacities, accessories, installation, programming, testing, warranty and after-sales support, not only the bottom-line price. A cheaper quote often has fewer control points or lower-capacity devices.قارن الماركة والموديلات بالضبط والكميات والسعات والملحقات والتركيب والبرمجة والاختبار والضمان والدعم بعد البيع، مش السعر النهائي بس. العرض الأرخص غالباً بنقاط تحكّم أقل أو أجهزة أقل سعة.

No. Consider installation, programming, accessories, warranty, spare parts and service life. What are your payment terms?مراحل الدفع بتكون إزاي؟
Projects are usually handled in clear stages, for example an advance to start, a payment on delivery of materials, and a balance on testing and handover. Exact terms are set in the project proposal.عادةً يُقسّم المشروع على مراحل واضحة، مثلاً دفعة مقدمة للبدء، ودفعة عند توريد المواد، والباقي عند الاختبار والتسليم. تُحدَّد الشروط بالتفصيل في عرض المشروع.

Initial consultations and standard quotations are generally free. What warranty do you provide?ما مدة الضمان التي تقدمونها؟
Warranty depends on the selected product and system and may extend up to six years for eligible items. The exact warranty is stated in the approved quotation and project documents.تختلف مدة الضمان حسب المنتج والنظام المختار، وقد تصل إلى ست سنوات لبعض المنتجات المؤهلة. ويتم توضيح الضمان الدقيق في عرض السعر ومستندات المشروع المعتمدة.
What does the warranty cover?ماذا يشمل الضمان؟
The warranty generally covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. What happens if a product becomes unavailable?ماذا يحدث إذا أصبح أحد المنتجات غير متوفر؟

In-stock retail items are typically dispatched according to the selected shipping method. Can I pick up my order from a branch?هل يمكن استلام الطلب من الفرع؟

Eligible unused products may be returned within the stated return period and in their original condition and packaging. Should I choose HDL, KNX or Tuya Zigbee?أختار HDL ولا KNX ولا Tuya Zigbee؟
It depends on the project stage, size and budget. KNX suits premium, large or mixed-brand projects; HDL Buspro gives reliable wired automation at a competitive price; Tuya Zigbee is ideal for finished homes where major wiring changes are not possible.يعتمد على مرحلة المشروع وحجمه والميزانية. Is a wired smart-home system always better than wireless?هل النظام السلكي أفضل دائماً من اللاسلكي؟
Not always. Wired systems are more stable and scalable for new construction and large projects, while wireless is faster and less disruptive in finished properties. Can I combine KNX, HDL, Zigbee and Wi-Fi in one project?هل يمكن دمج KNX وHDL وZigbee وWi-Fi في مشروع واحد؟
Yes, but it needs careful planning with the right gateways or server. Usually it is best to pick one main platform and integrate extra devices only where needed to keep operation simple.نعم، لكنه يحتاج تخطيطاً دقيقاً وبوابات أو سيرفر مناسب. غالباً يُفضّل اختيار منصة رئيسية واحدة ودمج أجهزة إضافية عند الحاجة فقط لتبسيط التشغيل.
IP or HD analog CCTV cameras?كاميرات IP ولا Analog؟
Choose IP for higher resolution, analytics, PoE and easy expansion. Should I choose 4MP, 5MP or 8MP cameras?أختار كاميرات 4 ولا 5 ولا 8 ميجا؟

What is the difference between a 2.8mm and a 4mm lens?ما الفرق بين عدسة 2.8mm و4mm؟
A 2.8mm lens gives a wider view for rooms and entrances; a 4mm lens gives a narrower view with more detail at longer distance, better for gates and corridors.عدسة 2.8mm تعطي زاوية أوسع للغرف والمداخل، وعدسة 4mm تعطي زاوية أضيق بتفاصيل أفضل لمسافة أبعد، مناسبة للبوابات والممرات.
Conventional or addressable fire alarm?إنذار حريق Conventional ولا Addressable؟
Conventional suits small buildings where identifying the zone is enough. Low-impedance suits home audio and high-quality music. Central satellite system or IPTV?دش مركزي ولا IPTV؟
A central satellite (SMATV) system distributes RF signals over coaxial cable.
